Coping with Depression and Anxiety

I took the bus to the Western Cape and stayed at a friend’s apartment. The next day I visited my psychiatrist. We had a good chat about antidepressants, my personality as well as other aspects such as risk avoidance behavior. I do not feel certain that the antidepressants are having much of a positive effect on my depression disorder. It might be time to look to other therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy. My psychiatrist has made another small change to my medication and I have to report back at a later date. Possibly within 2 months or so.
